Affiliated to Grandview Group, Grandview Mall isand is located in Tianhe Road Commercial Circle, the first business district in South China, with a total commercial area of 300,000 square meters. Grandview Mall was named one of the "Top Ten Shopping Centers in the World" by Forbes Magazine in 2007. In 2011, it was awarded the only Commercial Category of National Class-4A Tourist Attraction in South China. As a national tourist attraction, Grandview Mall is committed to promoting the integration of culture, business and travel, promoting the development of Comprehensive Tourism and achieving remarkable results。

As a national tourist attraction and a complex of culture, business and travel, Grandview Mall breaks through tradition and imagination, and develop into a new social space and science popularization space, including the Grandview Polar Ocean World, the Grandview Museum of Natural Science and the soon-to-beopened Grandview Rainforest Ecological Botanical Garden. 文商旅融合中,商业载体亟需让文化在商圈落地和显形。正佳广场一向重视文化艺术与商业的融合,在引入全球线上线下经典IP的基础上,尝试并开发了一系列属于自己的原创IP活动。近年来,正佳广场通过成功举办广州国际购物节、2019春节“正陕西,佳年华”主题活动等兼具人气和口碑的大型活动吸引了更多国内外游客,有效提升了正佳广场和天河路商圈的城市知名度。

In the integration of culture, business and travel, The commercial carrier urgently needs to let the culture land to the ground and manifest itself in the business circle. Grandview Mall always attaches great importance to the integration of culture, art and business. Based on the introduction of global online and offline classic IP, it has tried and developed a series of original IP activities of its own. In recent years, Grandview Mall has successfully host the Guangzhou International Shopping Festival  and the theme activities“Viewing Shanxi, Grand Times”in the Spring Festival 2019, which have attracted more domestic and foreign tourists, effectively enhancing the city reputation of Grandview Mall and Tianhe Road Commercial Circle.

2018年正佳广场全年客流量超过5500万,其中旅游消费人群的比例增长明显,相较2017年增长30%。在消费升级的大背景下,正佳广场充分释放人流量带来的巨大势能,不仅带动了天河路商圈以及广州市旅游业发展,更激发游客的消费潜力,为拉动内需作出自身的贡献。

In 2018, Grandview Mall has a passenger flow of more than 55 million, and the proportion of tourism consumers has increased significantly, up to 30% from 2017. In the context of consumption upgrading, Grandview Mall fully released the huge potential brought by the flow of people, which not only drove the development of the Tianhe Road Commercial Circle and the tourism industry in Guangzhou, but also stimulated the consumption potential of tourists and made its own contribution to stimulating domestic demand.
