法国留尼汪岛,一岛千面,蕴含着世界所能提供的所有美好。继推出针对中国游客最多15天停留期的有条件免签政策和直航航班后,中国已成为留尼汪岛最重要的海外市场之一。2018年这座小岛又将在中国市场上如何提升知名度和口碑呢?

Following the exemption of visas forChinese nationals for stays of a maximum of 15 days and direct line between theisland and Guangzhou , China has become a priority market for Reunion Island.So What measures will Reunion Island Tourism Board take to increase thisisland’s visibility in 2018 ?

Q1: 去年到访留尼汪的中国游客有多少?2018预期有多少?今年重点推广有哪些?

Q1: How many arrivals from China to theReunion last year ? What will you expect for 2018 and what are the highlighted projects?

 

A 留尼汪自2013年开始在中国市场推广,中国消费者的数量每年增加一倍多。2017年接待了约4000名中国游客。今年希望能够达到7000-8000名。我们的目标是与中国主要的旅游运营商展开密切的合作,特别是在GITF期间,与广东省的重点运营商展开讨论合作框架。留尼汪越来越受到中国游客的好评,越来越受到旅游运营商的重视。提高其知名度,并增加产品单独或与印度洋群岛结合的销售。

A: Since 2013, when Reunion Island began to promote its promotion on the Chinese market, we have seen the number of Chinese customers more than doubled each year.In 2017 we received around 4000 Chinese tourists in Reunion. We hope to reach 7 to 8000 tourists if we continue on this path.Our goal is to develop a close collaboration with the main Chinese Tour Operators and more particularly from the Guangdong Province in the framework of partnerships that will be discussed during the GITF. Reunion is more and more acclaimed by Chinese tourists and we hope that our island is more and more programmed by Tour Operators. To make the destination well-known,to increase its visibility and to increase sales of the product alone or combined with Indian Ocean Islands.

Q2: What is the topic or slogan for Reunion Tourism Board in 2018 ?

 

A: 我们为目的地推出新的视觉形象:基于20169月重新发布的终极体验独特标志而升级的一个现代品牌形象。在目的地的旧视觉形象与终极体验标志中使用的象形图共存了一年多之后,留尼汪地区旅游部门选择2018年初为品牌传播注入新的活力。新标志的核心是使之现代化、重构目的地形象,同时保留能引发对终极体验回归的浓厚兴趣的视觉元素。

A: The Reunion Island Tourism Board is delighted to unveil the new visual identity for our destination: an updated, modernised branding block that capitalizes on the distinctive signs of the "Ultimate Experience"signature relaunched in September 2016.The Reunion Island Tourism Board isgiving the destinationa facelift! After more than a year of coexistence between the destination’s old visual identity and the pictograms used in the"Ultimate Experience" signature, the tourist arm of the Reunion Region has chosen the beginning of 2018 to breathe new life into its communications. The new logo is central to the process of modernising and restructuring the image of the destination, while retaining the visual elements that sparked such keen interest around the return of the "Ultimate Experience"signature.

 

 

Q3: 旅游局在交通、签证、配套设施等会实施哪些新措施来推动留尼汪旅游的发展?

Q3: What measures will Reunion take toimprove its development in tourism industry, in terms of transportation, visa supporting facilities, etc?

 

A: 与中国共同开发旅游业的第一个重要步骤是清除签证障碍。法国政府已经开始了缩减签证的繁文缛节的工作,以促进留尼汪与中国之间的旅游和贸易关系。 2014826日后,中国公民可免签证在留尼汪岛停留不超过15天。当然,目前针对中国游客的免签,是必须向经政府批准的旅行机构预订行程。这些旅行机构需遵守相关免签政策的规定。这项签证豁免对于有着与留尼旺有着共同的历史和文化联系的中法两国来说意义非凡。与中国发展旅游业的第二个重要步骤是发展留尼汪与广州之间的直航航线。自2017212日起,与马达加斯加航空公司合作,每周三、日两个航班飞往广州,由A350执飞。这是一次历史性的事件,标志着该公司在这两个地区之间建立了第一条常规的直航航线。

A: The first important step to develop tourism with China was the clearance of visas. The French government has embarked on aprocess of easing red tape to facilitate tourism and trade relations between La Reunion and China. The abolition of visas for Chinese nationals whose stay in Reunion lasts less than 15 days is applied since Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Fora Chinese tourist to benefit from this visa exemption, it is necessary that an approved agency takes care of his stay and his trip. Reunion travel agencies authorized to exempt Chinese tourists from an entry visa comply with specific regulations.Thisexemption takes "all its meaning" for the partners when we know that"the two countries have common historical and cultural connections"with Reunion.The second important step is to develop tourism with China was the opening of direct line between the island and Guangzhou. Since the 12th fébruary 2017, In partnership with Air Madagascar, two flights per week are now operated in A350, with departures from Reunion every Wednesday and Sunday. This is a historic launch marking for the company the establishment of the first direct and regular bridge between the two territories.
