Q:2018年中国旅游消费趋势怎样? 对此途牛会做出怎样的升级和创新?
Q: What do you think is the trend for Chinese outbound travel? What measures will Tuniu.com take to upgrade and innovate?

A:1.旅游消费持续升级。因此结合用户需求多层次、个性化的定制游等需求将持续扩大,旅游产品更新迭代的速度将不断加快。2.目的地等体验性消费增多。随着全域旅游、“旅游+”政策的推动,以及文创、旅游IP带动的新业态、新要素的发展, 将进一步丰富旅游产品内容,拉动旅游核心产品和衍生性产品的消费。3.线上+线下旅游新零售升级。越来越多的消费者倾向于既有线上的高效便捷,又有线下的专业省心的高质量旅游新零售服务。
对此,途牛将会在加强销售网络、加强服务网络、加强智能网络方面升级和创新。 1)继续拓展自营地接社,推动直采比例达到50%。2)增加以目的地为中心的内容组织和产品呈现。3) 再开150家左右。4)加强内容建设帮助客户更便捷地出游。5) 希望实现每一个服务网络上的产品都能够在所有销售网络节点中销售;每一个销售网络的节点都可以销售所有服务网络的产品;根据客户画像可以进行所有相关产品的交叉推荐。


 

A: 1) Tourism spending continues to escalate. Combined with user needs multi-level, personalized custom travel and other needs will continue to expand, the update of tourism products will continue to accelerate.2) Experiential consumption at destination will increase. With the promotion of Integrated Tourism, "tourism +" policy and the development of new modes driven by cultural and creative industry, the tourism products will be further enriched. The consumption of tourism core products and derivative products will be stimulated also. Cultural, technological and other elements of tourism will change the current tourism consumption structure of tickets, shopping, dining, transportation as the main expense. 3) New retail of Online + Offline Travel will upgrade. In future, more and more consumers will tend to choose both online and offline services.
We will strengthen the sales network and enhance the service network, and we will also upgrade our intelligent network. 1) Expand direct-sale travel agencies. 2) Destination sales and self-help travel. 3) We will Continue to expand about 150 Direct-sale stores in 2018. 4) To strengthen content construction. 5) CrossPurchase and Cross-Selling. We want to make products be able to be sold in all sales network; each sales network node can sell all the products of the service networks; and all related products can be recommended across all network according to customer consumption habits.
